Return Policy
You may return new, un-used and complete items within 10 business days of receipt of your order. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #), which you can apply for by emailing . Please include your order number along with the item(s) you wish to return with reason.
Item Eligibility
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging with all tags, instructions, etc. Any items sold as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
  • Any item showing signs of use, including broken factory seals, damaged packaging, opened containers, missing components or in a condition other than originally received, is non-returnable
  • Any electrical, electronic item or items “cut to size” are non-returnable.
  • Any item which has been installed, or shows signs of attempting to be installed, is non-returnable.
Return shipping
  • If you ship an item back without an RMA #, the item will be refused and you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Before you ship your item back to us, clearly mark the RMA # on the outside of your package, close to the shipping label.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your item and the address will be verified when you receive your RMA #.
  • International shipments should be marked as "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. You are responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
  • Any items shipped to us COD, or having additional brokerage fees, will be refused.
  • We recommend that you choose a shipper which includes tracking and insurance for your protection.
  • To keep the manufacturer’s box/packaging in “brand new” condition, ship your item in a sturdy box and attach the shipping label along with clearly marking the RMA #, to the outside top face.
  • Please retain your return tracking information. is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.
Return Policy
Once your return is received by us, inspected and accepted to our satisfaction, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email when the return is processed which will include the full details of refund credited. Once a refund is approved and issued, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
Defects and Warranty
Each manufacturer has its own specific warranty policy which also covers against defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer. does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.
Damaged Goods
Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged goods claims are handled through a third party shipping carrier and we will be pleased to assist you should you need to make a claim.
